The trait is resistance to Soybean Cyst Nematode ( SCN ) disease which is caused by the nematode Heterodera glycines. Publication determined SCN resistance by Female Index, which was calculated as the number of cysts or females on a given plant divided by the mean number of the same on a susceptible cultivar |
