The data comes from the parental line AX19286 in regards to sudden death syndrome. QTL associated markers were approximately placed on the SoyBase Composite2003 genetic map by BLASTing the markerŐs sequence against the Wm82.a2 genome, identifying the nearest genetically mapped markers on each side of the BLAST hit, and interpolating the markerŐs position on the genetic map to a similar relative position. SCN is caused by the nematode Heterodera glycines.
