Comments about the QTL
| Publication used silver nitrate to act as an aquaporin inhibitor. Transpiration rate was initially collected in fresh water and then again in a silver nitrate solution. The ratio of transpiration of AgNO3/fresh water was then normalized to create a Normalized Transpiration Ratio (NTR). See publication for additional details |
