The disease SDS, sudden death syndrome is caused by the fungus Fusarium virguliforme (previously known as Fusarium solani). Publication measured Foliar Disease Severity (FDS) which was defined as observing the percentage of total leaf area with typical SDS symptoms. It was recorded every 5 days between 15 and 30 days after planting. See publication for additional details |
