Comments about the QTL
The trait is resistance to Soybean Cyst Nematode ( SCN ) disease which is caused by the nematode Heterodera glycines. This QTL was detected relating to resistance to the SCN isolate LY2, Hg type 1.2.3.4.5.6.7. Several pathivars were tested in this experiment. For further details, see the original literature.
