QTL related to root development under hypoxia were quantified over the course of 2 years, with reported QTL being present in at least one of the years. This QTL was reported between GMES1693-CRRS100. Because CRRS100 does not have a position on our composite maps, the region of the QTL was estimated around GMES1693.
