Comments about the QTL
QTL was detected in the first of seven time points of SPAD value in the study. SPAD value was defined as a value with a range of 0 to 99 which is proportional to the amount of chlorophyll in the tissue based on light transmitted from Light Emitting Diodes through tissue to a sensor . Measured with SPAD-502 meter. See publication for additional details |
