Abstract: | RIL populations comprising 154 lines were obtained from Charleston × Dongnong 594 by single seed descent in the F2 and multiple seed descent from F3 to F10. Some 500 SSR primers were screened with the 2 parents, but only 164 SSR primers used to amplify the RIL population. Of these, 161 SSR primers were integrated into 20 linkage groups, and a new soyabean molecular genetic map, named NEAUSRI-GMS, was constructed. The total length of the soyabean genetic map was 1913.5 cM, with an average distance of 11.89 cM between markers. The length of a linkage group varied from 0.4 to 309.5 cM, and the markers on a linkage group varied from 2 to 8. The distribution of SSR markers on every linkage group was not even. High density region of markers existed on linkage groups A1, C2 and D1a, but gaps of more than 10 cM widely existed. Hence, the genetic map needs to be improved using more markers. Analysis also showed that 72 (44.72%) of the 161 loci showed distorted segregation, which may be due to natural selection and artificial sampling during the construction of the RIL population. NEAUSRI-GMS exhibited high homology with Cregan's public genetic map constructed abroad. |
