Gene Model 3' and 5' UTR Sequences Download Page

This tool accepts a list of Wm82 gene model names (eg. Wm82.a1.v1.1: Glyma01g36670 or Wm82.a2.v1: Glyma.15g026400) and returns the sequences of the 5' and 3' UTRs of all mRNAs for that gene.
